Universal Music Group wanted a complete departure from their previous Open Enrollment campaign branding they felt was too kitsch, over the top, and not representative of their deep commitment to inclusivity. UMG asked for a campaign that was still fun, but more sophisticated, and the wanted the emphasis to be on inclusivity and making sure their employees knew they were valued for their individuality.
I led re-branding strategy and content writing for UMG’s Open Enrollment campaign across all deliverables which included this Open Enrollment postcard. I partnered closely with the graphic designer on visual ideation and design strategy to compliment the all-new content emphasizing inclusivity and belonging, with a more sophisticated, but never stuffy, experience. It was a blast writing for the iconic UMG.
