Central Garden & Pet Custom Employee Benefits Guide

Content Strategy + Writer

Central Garden and Pet had a benefits guide that was outdated, difficult to understand, and didn’t reflect the their brand’s voice, tone, or visual style. The previous guide also wasn’t user-friendly or accessible to the majority of Central Garden and Pet’s diverse, frontline employee population.

I led content strategy and wrote a brand new benefits guide from scratch, taking into account this client’s specific goals for an easy-to-understand, accessible, simplified, but informative benefits guide that would help their employees better understand what the offerings are and how to access them.

The graphic designer paired my streamlined content with an on-brand color palette and organic design with a pop of fun (who doesn’t love a benefits guide with animals in it?) to create a really successful benefits guide our client was extremely pleased with.
