Lyft asked for a simplified, streamlined, friendly, and fun approach to their employee benefits guide.

This is a great example of design and content seamlessly supporting each other to give the user an accessible, informative resource. It blends just the right bit of flare in visual design, an informal, friendly tone, and complex information in simple langauge, so employees can easily understand their benefits and how to access them.

I led content strategy and wrote the benefits guide, introducing breadcrumb navigation throughout the guide for easy, intuitive navigation.
