I drove end-to-end production from concept, strategy, information architecture, navigation, content writing, user experience (UX), and continued maintenance, partnering with the Udemy Employee Benefits teams to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.

I managed the Udemy custom Employee Benefits website, including document and asset management, making content updates, creating new pages, and reporting on analytics. In addition, I created the annual Open Enrollment page and turn all the content over after Open enrollment, updating it with the new benefits information each plan year.
