Communicating a culture of belonging and inclusivity is paramount to leading a successful, engaged employee community. Lyft wanted to communicate their commitment to fostering an inclusive environment in more than just words. They asked for an employee benefits guide tailored specifically to their LGBTQ+ employee community and families.

I pioneered and wrote our team’s first Inclusive Benefits Guide for Lyft featuring benefits and resources designed to support LGBTQ+ employees, resulting in an adaptable, in-demand Inclusive Benefits Guide template.

Because I bring a substantial background advocating for inclusivity and equity, I currently pilot a wide range of specialty content solutions, including Inclusive Benefits Guides, ERG flyers, poster campaigns, Slack campaigns, and more, that highlight benefits and resources specifically supporting diverse population groups.
